Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of GSM and UMTS mobile phone networks.
• Overall understanding of transmission networks with excellent knowledge of at least ONE of the following SDH/ PDH/ ATM/ IP/ MPLS
• A good working knowledge of SQL and Oracle
• Understanding of delivery and/or development cycles
• Have produced high level and detailed documentation in support of your work
• Be able to provide Project Plans using MS Project or similar tools
• Ability and willingness to travel and work
