  • Permanent.

Our methodology in filtering candidate has enabled us to identify and recognize the most suitable talents for different industries needs. We source quality candidate from entry to management level to the closest match based on client’s requirement and candidate will be under client’s payroll. All of our candidates have been comprehensively interviewed, screened, and cross checked their skills and experience

  • Contract

For short-term assignments or projects (above 3 months to less than 2 years), CareerPlus will provide clients, an experience and professional candidate to work on specific duration of contract as per client’s requirement. The candidate can be at the client’s or CareerPlus’s payroll.  

  • Temporary

With our flexible staffing, CareerPlus maintains its excellence through recruiting and screening candidate for temporary assignments (less than 3 months) hence helping out clients to fill up immediate vacant position due to urgency.

  • Foreign Recruitment

With the demand of talents increasing every year from local and overseas, CareerPlus has deployed our services to source executive foreign candidate globally. Our services include recruiting executive foreign talents in different industries and arranging employment pass if required.

  • Other services :

1)  Employment pass applications.

2)  International Student placement: airport pick-up, housing,         school/university application.

3)  Casual work for student

We will use all available resources to find best suited candidate so that clients can save up the cost and hassle of advertising, and timing spent for all the recruitment process. To attract wider pool of talents, we will also advertise of the specific job opening on the behalf of clients, getting referral, internet contact, and other various methods.

  • Professional Screening and Interviewing

Our consultant will do professional, details screening and interviewing to match candidate’s skills and experience with client’s requirement. Only those that meet our stringent criteria are short-listed and presented to our clients

  • Cross Checking for verification

We present candidate qualifications and skills to your company as fully and as accurately as possible, by cross checking and verification, to ensure client’s interests are met.

  • Post Interview Evaluation
